4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for bartending services, including adequate space, lighting, and access to necessary facilities. The client must ensure all guests are of legal drinking age and comply with local alcohol laws. Any permits or venue approvals required for alcohol service must be obtained in advance. Additionally, the client agrees to communicate event details accurately and notify INF Bartending of any changes at least 48 hours prior to the event.
5. Fees and Payment
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event. Payments can be made via Invoice, paypal, cash app, or credit card. Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of services. All fees are non-refundable after 6 days before the event. Any additional hours or services requested during the event will be billed accordingly.
6. Refunds
Refunds for our Services are provided at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable laws. Please contact us directly if you have any concerns regarding refunds.
7. Limitation of Liability
INF Bartending is committed to providing exceptional service; however, we are not liable for any damages, injuries, or incidents resulting from alcohol consumption or guest behavior. The client assumes full responsibility for the conduct of their guests and compliance with local alcohol laws. In no event shall INF Bartending be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services.
